Our family has traveled to the Orlando area many times over the past seven years.  We've rented hotel rooms, homes and time share condos.  We've seen the good and the not so good.  The one thing we quickly recognized is that the absolute best accomodiations for a family traveling to Central Florida are single family homes. 

It took us many years to find the right house at the right location in Central Florida. We believe we have created the "Best Florida Vacation Home."  We took the best ideas from our experience and put them into our Aviana Resort Home.

From a user friendly floor plan, designer ceiling fans in every bedroom, to large televisions in every bedroom; no detail has gone unattended to.  We even put extra insulation in the house while it was under construction so that the temperature would remain in the 70's almost all year round even if you don't run the climate control system.  How's that for details?

Some time ago we realized that the biggest holdup to getting everyone out of the house and on to the attractions was gridlock in the bathroom.  So our house has four full bathrooms so that you can move quick! 

We also realized that when we stayed in a hotel, no one wanted to stay in the room.  It was cramped and not a lot of fun.  There were not even enough chairs for everyone to sit down at the same time.  But, we also realized that hotels have pools and gamerooms which are so popular with the kids.  What did we do?

We made sure we had a really nice pool at our house.  And we put a gameroom in garage with Air Hockey, Dome Hockey, Pinball Machine and a Fooseball table.  All are set on free play and are included in your tariff.

We also equipped our home with the latest Playstation 3 video game system.  The result is that your kids are not going to be bored.  In fact, they may not ever want to leave the house!  Your kids will be happy.  You will be happy and I will be happy because you are going to want to come back again and again.  In fact, if you had a really great time,  I want you to tell your friends and neighbors about us.

The house has an open floor plan.  When you walk in you will notice that, "it feels good."  That is no accident!  We have skylights that let in the proper light to make you feel like you are on vacation.  Yes it does feel good.

We have two master suites.  This is so two families can vacation together and receive "equal" accomodations.  Both suites are decorated to luxury designer standards.

Our home is furnished to a 5 star standard and you will actually feel like you are in a luxury resort hotel.  The home is professionally cleaned before you arrive and after you leave.  If you need mid week maid service or daily maid service, this can be arranged.  All bed linens and towels are provided. 

We offer complimentary long distance telephone service in the United States.  There is no charge for local calls other than directory assistance. 

We have high speed WIFI internet service available.  You can also rent a Dell computer if you desire. 

Free parking is at the front door. 

Your safety and security are important.  Aviana Resort is a 24 hour guarded community. Our home has a burglar alarm for your added security.  We have deadbolts on all exterior solid doors.  We have a charley bar on the sliding patio door.  There is a safety fence around the pool.  And there are 10 smoke detectors in the house.
